My role as your friendly, fur-covered HR specialist is all about:

• Fostering a Harmonious Pack: I’m here to make sure everyone feels as relaxed as a nap in the sun. Disagreements? I sniff them out and smooth them over with a tail wag and a gentle paw.
• Stress Management Expert: I know exactly when a round of playtime or a sniff break is needed to keep spirits high and tails wagging. When things get ruff, Tranquil Tails and I make it right.
• Ear for Listening: With ears that practically touch the floor, I’m all ears (literally). Got a grievance? A stress bark? Bring it to Barkley—I’ll listen without judgment, head tilt included.
• Training & Development: I host “Stay Calm and Wag On” workshops to keep the pack performing at their best, blending essential oils and pheromone science with my own motivational bark.
• Pawffice Vibes: Ensuring the break room is stocked with squeaky toys, comfy blankets, and occasional kibble treats—just part of keeping morale at its peak.
